Steve Romano is Managing Director of Olistica: Center for Sustainable Leadership.  Olistica is guided by the notion of unleashing inner wisdom with purposeful action to achieve breakthrough results.  

Steve's background includes 20+ years in leadership roles at three Fortune 500 companies including Novartis, Genoptix Molecular Diagnostics, Biogen Idec, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. He has built talent development from the ground up to providing consulting services to 15,000 globally. 

Olistica offers expertise in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, Change Leadership, and Speaking. 

The Center for Sustainable Leadership offers programs designed to build resilience, deepen well-being, and lead and live purposefully.  Leading as a way of being methodology provides clients specific mind body and mindfulness skills to sharpen focus, enhance relationships, manage stress, and increase perspective-taking.

Steve holds a PhD from the Graduate School of Leadership and Change at Antioch University and is a certified Executive Coach from the College of Executive Coaching.  He also teaches graduate students in the School of Management and Leadership at Alliant International University, in Scripps Ranch, CA. 

His practice is focused on working with senior leaders and teams experiencing high change and turbulence with particular expertise in leadership development.
