Susan Clancy's 20 year career in Finance spanned various industries including manufacturing, technology, internet entrepreneurial ventures, and global development. Much of her career was focused internationally, managing finance groups in Europe, Russia, and Asia. Most recently she was Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Mission Investing for an international non-profit called Accion, a leading force in the area of microfinance. Susan played a key role at Accion in the redefinition of their strategy and global expansion into China, India and Africa.

Susan left ACCION in 2011 to move to Europe to help take care of a terminally-ill parent. Since then, she has dedicated herself to augmenting her understanding of how groups and individuals flourish. To that end, she has completed two certificate programs, one in Positive Psychology and the other in coaching, attending the ICF accredited program at the Gestalt International Study Center in Wellfleet, MA. She is currently launching an executive and leadership coaching practice, as well as serving as CFO for a civic engagement start-up.

A graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School, she has lived in Newton, MA for over 20 years with her husband.
