Susan "graduated" from federal service in April 2023. Her coaching practice supports new supervisors, people experiencing rapid change and mentoring. 

Susan’s MS in Library and Information Science is from Simmons; her EdM is from Harvard. She is a certified coach for individuals and teams.

Susan and her husband live in Annapolis, Maryland. They intently observe the interactions between common and exotic waterbirds, and dream about having a boat at their dock.
