Tanya Kleindienst brings more than 25 years of senior-level business experience with two Fortune 500 companies. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AND CREDENTIALS   Tanya began her career in compensation consulting with Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Intl Limited). She also led compensation and performance management for AstraZeneca PLC, North America and Global R&D.  With more than 12 years of senior human capital business consulting experience, Tanya most recently, served as the head of corporate culture for Fifth Third Bancorp. In this capacity she led a function comprised of the following disciplines:  environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, inclusion and diversity, employee experience and brand, change management, experiential recognition, events and programs, corporate values, storytelling, history, and a corporate museum. 

Tanya earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Elizabethtown College with minors in peace & conflict resolution and public policy. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in industrial and organizational psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Tanya earned the Weatherhead Coaching Certificate at Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.

Tanya is an authorized partner for  Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors™ of a Cohesive Team.  She is also a certified change practitioner of  the Prosci® methodology (ADKAR model) as well as certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory, (IDI® ) and human-centered design facilitation through the LUMA Institute.

NONPROFIT BOARDS AND PHILANTHROPY  Tanya is an engaged philanthropist with specific focus on workforce development, cultural competence, equity and inclusion. She currently serves on the Board of Social Venture Partners Cincinnati as Investment Committee Chair and is active in helping investee organizations to build their people practices and capabilities. Tanya serves as a trainer and coach for Cincinnati Cares, a member and frequent speaker/executive panelist for Conscious Capitalism Cincinnati. She is also a supporter of the Arts through ArtsWave leadership programs and for the 2018-2019, she served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Contemporary Arts Center of Cincinnati.
