Ted Witherell  is an experienced talent leader, consultant and coach dedicated to developing impactful leaders and cultures that realize their mission and business goals. He has deep and broad expertise in development through strategizing, consulting, coaching, facilitating and teaching. He is known for trusted collaborative partnerships that change people and organizations for the better.

Ted has more than 25 years of experience guiding the development of organizations and their most vital assets – their people. As Senior Director of Talent Management for the Mass General Brigham healthcare system (formerly known as Partners), he partnered with executive leaders, medical staff and physicians to set strategies and bolster the success of their operations. He has provided advice and counsel, consultation and coaching, and program leadership on talent management, change management employee engagement, team development, executive coaching, learning solutions and leadership development.

Ted consults with organizations like WorldCare International, Contemplative Leaders in Action and the Massachusetts Medical Group Managers Association. He is an adjunct faculty member and guest lecturer at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Northeastern University and Boston College. He has been a panelist in various forums, including Becker’s Academic Medical Center Forum and the NeuroLeadership Institute Annual Summit. Ted has served on the Healthcare Council of the American Management Association and the Steering Committee of the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL). He is an executive coach and chaired the NCHL Coaching Council.
