Tom Loncar is an executive coach and leadership impact researcher and writer. Based in Sydney Australia, he works with senior executives, leadership teams and high potentials across the Asia-Pacific. Tom has expanded on his ideas and experiences in leadership development as a regular contributor to magazines in recent years; these have included the Australian Financial Review, Boss Magazine, Research News and Governance Directions. Tom is a member of the International Coaching Federation (PCC credentialed), a Professional Member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science and a Graduate Affiliate Member of the Association for Psychological Science. Prior to establishing his executive coaching practice in 2014 he had more than two decades experience in strategic research consulting, where he was a principal of Eureka Strategic Research (sold to Ipsos in 2007). He has also had a long side career as a professional musician, most notably as lead singer of the Intercontinental Playboys band. Tom holds a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW).
