I am a result-driven general management professional and organisational leader with extensive experience building profitable growth organisations within exceedingly competitive markets. I am a highly experienced business executive with global practice and exposure in general management, marketing, sales, and business development with previous assignments involving businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA, and the Middle East. I have developed management teams in more than 12 countries and cultures, an accomplished agent and catalyst of change with direct involvement in running businesses during spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, and significant restructuring programs within different market cycles.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Systems and started as a Service Engineer, Hewlett Packard (HP), Australia. I advanced through the ranks to global posts in professional services and consulting practices within HP. Through the capacity to craft and execute business strategy and objectives, recognise novel problems with unique qualities to be innovative and curious, and find solutions to drive business initiatives, I pursued further education. As a result, I obtained additional qualifications; MBA, Australia; Master's degree in Organisational Coaching Psychology, Australia; and I authored the first government-accredited Executive Coaching Diploma in Australia in 2014.

Recently, I submitted my research thesis for the award of Doctoral qualification (under examination), Australia. My research focused on futures studies of strategic leadership capability of foresight and strategic thinking related to organisational outcomes and workforce engagement.

As the CEO of ICG Asia (Management Consulting) and Global Practice Lead for Strategic Leadership, I am not just a leader; I am an experienced practitioner as a management consultant, strategy development mentor, executive and strategic leadership coach. I developed deep foresight capability as a product of profound insights and understanding of the cognitions and behaviours of markets, business, and organisational leadership, which I have been part of as a senior executive or as an external consultant. As a futurist, I have a tremendous capacity to contextualise all relevant inputs, including foresight outcomes, to facilitate strategic thinking processes towards meaningful strategic decision making.

In addition, I am highly capable of evaluating current business practices from a strategic perspective and understanding how environmental trends and signals may impact business futures. In both my executive and consultant careers, I have been recognised and applauded for my capacity to get things done through people. I anticipate change, conceptualise it, help others conceive it, develop plans, and implement organisation-wide transformation projects with a precise degree of success.

My experience across different cultures provided me with a good orientation towards cultural norms to fulfil my mission. I have a unique cultural and professional background that sets me in a favourable position regarding my ability to relate to both eastern and western cultures, which served me well in all different cultures and organisations as an executive and consultant.

I get fulfilled when helping executives to grow professionally and businesses to attain a competitive advantage. My vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success.
