Furthermore Will is one of the first Master Certified Coaches at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. For over two decades he has been working with executive teams to measurably improve their leadership and organizational effectiveness. He has held several positions in general management and business management at multinational companies in Europe and Asia and he has also served at the board of several multinationals in Asia. Furthermore, he travels the globe training executive coaches and coaching business leaders in using Marshall’s highly effective methodology.

Will holds a Master degree in Business Administration from IMD (Switzerland) and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the Eindhoven University of Technology (Netherlands).
