Dr. Qadir's doctoral training was completed at Tulane School of Medicine (New Orleans, LA) followed with a post-doctoral fellowship with the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, MD).  She has a certification in Public Health, Leadership & Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (Baltimore, MD) and an M.B.A. from the George Washington University School of Business (Washington, D.C.).

​"Dr. Q" is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), Brain-Based Coaching Certified (BBCC) and Trauma-Informed Professional Coach (TIPC)/Trauma Mitigation Coaching (TMC).  She is also certified in Center for Creative Leadership, 360 Assessment.  She is a current member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ; 'Fellow Professional Coach' member & Council Member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School; active member of the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL) and active member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Dr. Q has worked with numerous business executives, pharmaceutical executives, scientists & science organizations, healthcare executives & administrators, and healthcare workers across the country in identifying organizational needs, discovering better solutions, and implementing necessary strategies into practice.  Dr. Qadir assists professionals who desire work-life balance while enhancing goal achievement and finding purpose in their daily work.
