2016 Poster Award Honorable Mention: The Role of Coaching and Mentoring in Building a Meaningful Pathway From Childhood to a Chosen Profession and in the Development of Key Skills for the 21st Century

The poster presents a study to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching on the development of creativity, resilience and social skills in healthy teenage boys. The design is a mixed-methods/ pre-post measures. While still a pilot study, it illustrates significant increases in creativity and social skills were confirmed, though not in resilience. We look forward to the full study.
