This MasterClass will empower you to be a charismatic leader in the lives of your clients. By expressing empathy, viewing problems as opportunities to problem solve, using praise and strengths to move forward, and communicating your belief in the client, you will be able to bolster the resilience of your clients. Resilience will allow clients to make great strides with their goals when they work with you and when they are on their own years later. Dr. Robert Brooks has been working in this field and researching methods to increase resilience for over 40 years.

Dr. Elizabeth Frates is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School, and Assistant Director of Medical Education, and Director of Undergraduate Medical Education and Curriculum Development at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, co-author of Life After Stroke: The Guide to Recovering Your Health and Preventing Another Stroke and the online Harvard Medical School CME course, Lifestyle Medicine: The Exercise Prescription and Lifestyle Medicine: Metabolic Syndrome and Nutrition. As a trained and certified wellness coach, Dr. Frates works with both patients and physicians to achieve optimum levels of wellness.
