Sunil Deshmukh is a C-Suite Executive, Leadership Coach, Strategy Consultant, & Independent Director. He is also the Managing Partner at Sunil Deshmukh C-Suite Lab LL P, a boutique firm that provides executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, mentoring, strategy consulting, corporate training etc. for individual leaders and corporates.

Sunil Deshmukh is a member of the Global Board of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) USA and recently appointed as Global Chair Elect for 2023-2024, first Asian.  Sunil taught at the IMA Leadership Academy and was Associate Dean of IMA’s Mentoring Program. As a certified coach (International Coaching Federation and Marshall Goldsmith, USA, and Senior Practitioner- EMCC), Sunil runs mentoring and coaching programs for start-ups and business leaders based in India and abroad. Sunil has held senior leadership positions in different industry segments in Africa, the Middle East, ASEAN, and India. Throughout his career, he has won several awards. The most recent is the “IMA Champion Award” 2020. He is a qualified Management Accountant with certifications from the USA and India and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS). He has completed executive leadership programs from Saїd Business School, University of Oxford, and the Aspen Institute, USA.
