As Director of Learning/Development, I lead multiple teams of designers, developers, graphic artists, editor/reviewers and similar team members to achieve expected results and fulfill project requirements. Over the years, I have managed in excess of 365 projects providing learning services, curriculum development, competencies and learning translations, full course development, project planning, performance management,augmented and virtual reality development, etc. My skills include; facilitation, instructional design, creative design and consulting services across the healthcare, financial, manufacturing and technology industries. My work helped SoftAssist, Inc. in receiving 11 national awards for excellence in learning. I am certified in DiSC, Conflict Management and Team Management, Systemic Coaching certification (WBECS/GTCI) and ACC certification from CMA (ICF completion in May, 2023) and Breakthrough Coaching from Marcia Reynolds.
