Deborah Thompson is an Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant specializing in leader development, strategic planning and team building. She is an ICF-Certified PCC with over 2000 hours of coaching experience. She works with leaders at all levels - from emerging leaders to C-Suite. Deborah spent the majority of her career working in senior level positions for national and regional nonprofit organizations, with expertise in executive leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, change management, risk management and change management.
