I have been an Executive Leadership Coach since 2011 and most recently served as a Director of Organizational Development and Internal Coach focused on Leadership Development. I have an MA in Leadership and am credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). Additionally, I hold specialist certificates in Business and Career Development Coaching, have been a trainer for VitalSmarts’ Crucial Conversations, and am a certified Facilitator.
