I am an Otolaryngologist, Rhinologist who has been in academic medicine for 10 years.  As I faced my own professional growth challenges, I discovered the power of coaching and in order to help my colleague in medicine became a certified coach myself.  My coaching practice focuses on the cognitive aspects of physician development and growth, helping clients realize their potential and finding fulfillment in their career.
