My expertise in leadership development over three decades has helped me be a solid sounding board and thinking partner to leaders who wish to enhance the human side of their leadership. I currently work on executive coaching assignments with a variety of industries including big four firms.

Additionally, I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher trainer from India who has trained hundreds of yoga and meditation teachers globally. My spiritual practice has been growing over nearly two decades and has informed my coaching practice in deep, secular and meaningful ways. My clients experience me as calm, compassionate and result-focused. My style of coaching is holistic and includes professional, personal and spiritual dimensions of life.
