Olesya is head of Marketing at the Institute of Coaching. She spent many years helping drive marketing campaigns for technology startups then later transitioning to enterprise level agency marketing. She is experienced in integrating various aspects of marketing into a cohesive strategy. She has a strong passion for user experience and believes marketing should cater to individual users in an empathetic way. Currently, she is finishing a Masters degree through Harvard Extension School in Psychology, and hopes to continue to contribute to research in this field.
