Olesya is head of Marketing at the Institute of Coaching. She spent many years helping drive marketing campaigns for technology startups then later transitioning to enterprise-level agency marketing. She is experienced in integrating various aspects of marketing into a cohesive strategy. She has a strong passion for user experience and believes marketing should cater to individual users in an empathetic way.
In addition to her role at the Institute of Coaching, Olesya works on research in psychology and neuroscience and as a Leadership and Optimal Performance Coach. Her interests lie in helping people achieve their full potential and improve their lives by utilizing scientifically valid coaching and psychology practices.
