Gordon Spence is a psychologist who works actively in both academia and private practice. He is Program Director of the Masters of Business Coaching, Sydney Business School (University of Wollongong) and has maintained a private coaching practice for over a decade, through which he provides a range of executive/workplace coaching and coach training services. Gordon has extensive experience in delivering manager-as-coach training programs and has successfully done so within organisation such as Westpac, Qantas, Bankers Trust, AMP, and several government departments. He holds a PhD in coaching psychology from the University of Sydney and lectures on the psychology of peak performance, leadership, evidence-based coaching, workplace wellbeing, and the application of positive psychology within organisations.
