April 1, 2025 - 3:00am to 4:00am
online

You are invited to join us on April 1, 2025 at 9:00am CET for the EMEA Café Roundtable, a free monthly, one hour, live virtual meeting with the intention to explore our experience and to connect with each other and ourselves.  This month, we will explore: Strengths-Based Coaching for Leadership Development.

Why is this topic relevant?

This topic explores how leveraging individual strengths can enhance leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and foster a positive organizational culture. It's particularly relevant for developing middle managers and aligning their strengths with organizational goals.

What we'll explore:

  • How can coaches effectively identify and nurture the strengths of emerging leaders?
  • What challenges might arise when implementing a strengths-based approach in leadership development, and how can they be overcome?
  • In what ways can strengths-based coaching contribute to building a more resilient and adaptable leadership team?

These monthly Zoom events are an opportunity for coaches to create connections with each other and are hosted by the Institute of Coaching EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Area Roundtable.

Each live virtual meeting will include:

  • Brief introduction of the theme for the month
  • Small group discussion, exploration, and connection
