Why Coaching Leaders During Defining Moments Matter

Please join Eileen Coskey Fracchia, IOC Founding Fellow and West Coast Roundtable leader; and our host committee IOC Members: Leslie Goldenberg, Dana Crawford, Pam Marcheski and Dave Shaw for our 14th West Coast Roundtable.

Our Roundtable event is a quarterly gathering – grounded in a cooperative approach aimed at deepening our coaching efficacy and prowess– through colleague wisdom sharing, connection and provocative content. (And, it’s been really fun to hang out with each other!)  

Since March Roundtable where Jeff Hull, Director of Education for the IOC, led us in a discussion on Leadership Agility using different research underpinnings, much has changed.  While we won’t be able to convene in person, we are happy to confirm our June 4, 2020 Roundtable will take place online, via Zoom.  

Our conversation will center around ‘Why Coaching Leaders During Defining Moments, Matters.’  Leslie Goldenberg will be our content presenter sharing her experience within EY’s global coaching practice and ‘the secret CORE ingredient.’ There will be an opportunity to ask questions and following that, we will breakout, roundtable-style for smaller group discussions about the framework. The breakouts will focus on adapting these learnings in our own coaching practices and will follow our proven format, led by our host committee. At the conclusion of those groups, we will come back together to share the best practices output and wrap up.

Once you register we will send you pre-event materials to review and a few prompts upon which to reflect prior to our session.
