I am an ICF-ACC accredited coach. I am currently the Associate Director of Program Development for ICF Sacramento Charter Chapter.

I am a life and leadership coach.  I coach non-profit leadership teams because it is a joy serving those that serve others.  

I want them to be able to lead their life of purpose and serve their communities with passion.  

In addition, I also work with women over 40 who have experienced a life transition, difficult time, or traumatic event and are

wanting to figure out the rest of their life to truly make it the best of their life.
