Kelli is an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is also a certified Life and Weight Coach through The Life Coach School, and is certified in Choice Coaching.

Before becoming a coach, Kelli was faculty for over 20 years in the Department of Professional Counseling at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh where she served as a program coordinator, counselor educator, clinical supervisor, curriculum and content writer, and leader in higher education. Her favorite memories are of times spent with her colleagues and graduate students, and trips to Malaysia where she and the students served in NGO centers for children and teens.

In her private coaching practice, Kelli integrates a functional health and ancestral lifestyle approach into her work with women who are releasing themselves from anxiety, stress, and burnout, and food- and weight-related issues naturally. Kelli is passionate about meeting her clients where they’re at and supporting them forward as they design their own personal and self-empowered prescription for health and wellness, and life.

Born and raised in North Central Florida, Kelli has a doctoral degree in Counselor Education & Supervision from Idaho State University, a master’s degree in Counseling from Rollins College, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.

In her intentionally scheduled and protected spare time, Kelli enjoys reading, writing, gardening, singing and music, yoga, long walks in nature, and hanging out with her family, which includes their furry four-legged friends. Her back yard is her haven where she soaks up summer enjoying the hummingbirds, wrens, fountains, and flowers before the Wisconsin winter winds blow.
