Vanessa is a professional Coach who specializes in Executive Leadership Coaching, Business Coaching, and Career Coaching. She serves as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients and has a practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  

Vanessa's main focus as a coach and consultant is working with executives, leaders, healthcare professionals, women leaders, and business owners.  As a coach, she has worked with senior executives, directors, managers, supervisors, emerging leaders, business owners, and health care professionals (e.g. physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech pathologists, and athletic trainers).

Vanessa has an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy  where she has developed skills and knowledge of  group dynamics, motivation to achieve goals, neuroscience, and behavioral management.  She also has a dual Masters degree in Business Administration and Health Services Administration that helped her develop a strong business acumen, leadership skills, change management skills, effective communication skills, and aligning stakeholders around an organizational mission, vision and goals. Vanessa values continuous learning and has achieved her Fellowship with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).  As a coach, she has had extensive training from Coach University, the World’s first Coach Training School,  since 1995.  Her coach training also includes Landmark Worldwide, iNLP Center, World Business  & Executives Coach Summit, and the Institute of Coaching  at McLean Hospital with Harvard Medical School.

Vanessa is a collaborative, pragmatic, solution-focused Coach. Through this approach, she provides support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address their challenges. Vanessa also integrates coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you or your organization. With compassion and understanding,  she works with you to help build on your strengths and attain the growth you and/or your organization is committed to achieving.
