Rula partners with leaders to enable growth & develop an inclusive culture of learning & wellbeing with visible impact. She is a qualified executive coach with extensive experience in organisational development and growth through a culture of learning, inclusion and well-being. She specialises in the big picture, where corporate reputation, brand and communications flourish through the strategic development of leadership and human resources. Rula enables progress-full change that is intentional and meaningful and coaches organisations to develop an authentic brand identity and deliver a culturally responsible brand story. She facilitates executive board development, cultural transformation, organisational growth, advises on brand strategies, and develops bespoke, strategic and creative training programmes and learning maps. She works across four continents with a diverse range of leaders and a wide range of organisations and institutions.

Rula’s mission is to enable leaders to be themselves, develop, thrive and maximise impact through one-to-one or group coaching and transformational leadership and diversity programmes. She also delivers speaking engagements on leadership and organisational culture.

Rula has contributed to business publications sharing her research, knowledge and experience on organisational diversity and inclusion in leadership, branding and wellbeing. She has a PhD and MBA in management and branding from Royal Holloway, University of London in addition to MSc in positive and coaching psychology from University of East London.
