Dr. Florence “Kori” Diehl, executive coach and organization development consultant, specializes in transitions and change in the workplace. Her clients have included senior level executives in IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources. Kori works with her clients to solve real problems in real situations including: communication breakthroughs, sustaining personal and team motivation and momentum over extended projects, influence without positional authority, and identifying and responding to sources of conflict including those caused by generational differences in the workplace.
