Kathy is also a certified Pilates instructor and TRX instructor and understands the strong mind and body connection and work-life integration. Kathy has been Chief People Officer at women's healthcare technology firm - PiLL Club,  ,  Talent Officer - WePay; HR Leader for the Search Product Group – Google; VP of Global Talent Management – Intel Security (McAfee); Sr. Director of Talent – Sony Corporation, and Globa Director of HR – Sun Microsystems (Oracle).   

Kathy also either founded and/or participated as a Coach in internal coaching programs at Sun Microsystems (Oracle), McAfee/Intel, Sony, Google, and WePay.

Kathy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the international Coach Federation, a Master Corporate Executive Coach with the MEECO Leadership Institute, a certified Evidence Based Coach from Fielding Graduate University, and a Social & Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach from the Institute for Social & Emotional Intelligence.
