Worried about irrelevance? Is your client or your clients' organization about to get disrupted? If you are looking for a surefire sign, look at where your workforce is on the the S-curve. Based on my proprietary research around disruption, every organization is a collection of individual S or learning curves. You build an A team by optimizing these individual curves. In this webinar, you will learn how a manager can lead people along the S-curve and what to do when they reach the top of that curve.

Reflect for a moment about times and situations in your coaching conversations when you hold back. Whoa, don’t read on. Reflect for a moment…

This isn’t the holding back that your mom drummed into you. You know, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything.” Or, “be polite to people.” Or, “use your inside voice.”  No, this isn’t being polite, or wise, or appropriate, but holding back because you’re anxious and scared; you’re protecting yourself and avoiding discomfort (loss of reputation, relationship, money, respect, authority, status).

Coaching meets Research

... a conference for people whose understanding of coaching is guided by principles of high quality and ambition.

Subject of almost any coaching is the interplay of people and organizations. The increasing digitization of organizations creates a number of profound challenges: new forms of management, media-supported forms of communication, a democratization of decision-making processes, an increased sharing of responsibilities, virtual team-work, and internationalization.

At the Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare Conference offered by Harvard Medical School, thought leaders from around the world share cutting edge coaching science and practice. In addition to keynotes, the conference offers six tracks in two days with focus areas on Leadership, Positive Psychology, Health & Wellness, Advanced Practice, Research Symposium and Special Topics.

In our Leadership Forum series, we offer our Fellows intimate conversations with CEOs and Business Leaders from diverse industries. These events are exclusive to Fellows and provide attendees with the opportunity to learn firsthand what short and long term challenges business leaders and organizations are facing.

In our webinars, members get to experience "the Conference that Never Ends." Our community of coaches get to interact directly with our Conference faculty who share even more of their thinking and expertise. These complement our Web MasterClasses that allow you to take your practice to the next level.
