Sue Trace brings a wealth of career and life experiences, offering effective and purposeful coaching to her clients. Sue’s background in nursing, recruitment, retention, HR, sales, marketing, program development, company ownership & management precedes her pivot to professional coaching. Her passion for healthcare recruitment, engagement, and retention spans over 30 years!

Utilizing evidence-based principles of neuroscience, positive psychology, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Positive Intelligence (PQ), Mental Fitness and mindfulness practices, she collaboratively partners with her clients to increase their overall wellbeing and resilience to meet life’s challenges, stressors & burnout!

Certified with the PROPEL Institute, Sue facilitates the six-month evidence-based PROPEL Coaching™ Initiative helping healthcare leaders and frontline staff master the six PROPEL positive psychology principles proven to boost wellbeing, significantly reduce burnout, turnover, and disengagement.

Sue is also a Certified ADHD Life Coach. Partnering with individuals and leaders struggling to manage their ADHD, uncover and identify obstacles, negative self-talk or untidy beliefs that may be known or unknown stress contributors. Empowering clients to re-connect with their inner passions, values, and strengths fuels their intrinsic motivation, gaining confidence and clarity to find a renewed meaningful direction with a sense of purpose.

Sue is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Member of the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute, a certified mental fitness coach through Positive Intelligence (CPQC) and a certified team coach through the Global Team Coaching Institute.

Outside of coaching, Sue enjoys boating in the waterways of the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia, fishing, clamming, crabbing; snow skiing, bicycling, piano, spending time with her two daughters, husband and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bayou!
