Adam Smith is an executive coach, facilitator, and organization consultant providing programs and services to global corporate and multilateral institutions, as well as federal, nonprofit and college and university sector clients. Adam applies more than 25 years of experience and accomplishment in business consulting and the perspectives of leadership, organization behavior, applied and developmental psychology, management and organization theory, adult development, neuroscience, complexity research, and other disciplines to help senior leaders build leadership capacity, drive performance within organizations, and thrive and advance in professional life. Adam has performed over 3,500 hours of coaching with senior leaders and leadership teams all over the globe. 

Adam has served in leadership roles in retained executive search, management consulting, and nonprofit environments as a Board Director including Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer, as well as leading strategic planning for boards. Adam regularly consults with organization clients on topics including developing leaders, leadership teams and boards, strategy, evolving new organizational structures, change and process transformation, talent, executive recruitment, and succession planning.
