I have directed leadership, management and Senior Executive development programs in federal agencies and the Office of Personnel Management. Using innovative human and technology applications for learning, I employ tools such as Strengths Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Outward Mindset, Positive Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, World Café, and Future Search. In my organizational development work, I draw on over 30 years experience presenting complex information to diverse audiences through writing and editing, platform delivery, conference planning, speech writing, presentations from small group to conference keynotes, and media and public affairs.
