Christian serves C-suite executives, decision makers, entrepreneurs and professionals as Coach and Advisor, including DAX 30 companies. He is recognized as a distinguished expert in leadership development and combines a feeling for people topics with an experienced business perspective. Christian draws on 30 years of coaching, strategy consulting and line management experience. He was a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), as well as the firm's Global Leader of the Operations Practice.

Christian is passionate about evoking excellence in leaders and about effective teaming to drive results. His coaching is grounded in proven techniques and informed by latest research, from leadership development to neuroscience. Christian also leverages his experience from being a senior BCG Career Development Leader. He has coached in many different contexts, including onboarding, organizational and digital transformation or career transition.

Christian is a graduate of Meyler Campbell's Mastered Executive Coaching Program in London. He is certified with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching. He has been featured in Knowledge@Wharton and Forbes.

Prior to joining BCG, Christian spent seven years with Mannesmann AG, where he held positions as Project Director and Product Manager. Christian earned a Dipl.-Ing. degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Braunschweig (Germany) and has an MBA from ESCP in Paris.

In his spare time, Christian enjoys his family life and recharges by reading books, playing the drums and practicing meditation. He is the co-founder of a global mindfulness network with more than 1000 members.
