Claire is a senior lawyer and professional Coach based in Sydney, Australia.   Her sweet spot is coaching lawyers, but she is also experienced in coaching high performing executives in other professional disciplines.  She works with private clients and corporate teams to empower them to move their career, personal and leadership dreams into an active, actionable, pursuit.

Claire has local and international success with 7 x World Surfing Champion Layne Beachley’s Aim for the Stars Foundation, the Property Council’s 100 Women in Property initiative, GROWL (The Global Rise of Women in Legal Tech), the University of Notre Dame Australia Law School and the Association of Corporate Counsel, helping shape the careers of many lawyers in today's envionment.

In 2020, Claire was appointed an Industry/Professional Fellow with the University of Technology Sydney, School of Law.  In addition, Claire is an honorary member of the NSW executive of the Australian Association of Corporate Counsel, an Entrepreneur Ambassador for Opportunity International, and a committee member of the New South Wales Law Society Futures Committee and the Resolution Institute.  Claire is also a Foundation Speaker with The Prominenti Society Speakers Agency.

Claire has been recognised as one of Australia’s best lawyers and female executives, including having been awarded the “Excellence Award for Women in Law”, “Female Executive of the Year in Asia, Australia & New Zealand”, “Mentor of the Year” and was featured in SmartCompany's International Women's Day Showcase.  

Part and parcel with her passion for the law, coaching lawyers and advancing the interests of women, Claire is an active public speaker on issues of innovation, life coaching, diversity and inclusion, psychological wellness, developing high performing teams and women’s leadership.
