Connie bring a wealth of knowledge to her clients who rely on her for her common sense approach to managing their business. She uses that same common sense approach in facilitating the learning journey of her executive clients, including professionals and entrepreneurs. Her action-oriented approach to coaching, coupled with sensitivity for grasping the essence of the conversation, has led to many experiencing a profound transformation. Her background allows her to easily understand her clients’ point of view, bringing insightful and thought-provoking questions to the coaching conversation.
Connie has more than 25 years of relevant business experience at many levels of the financial industry. She was part of an executive team involved in cultural and process transformations for one of the big 6 Canadian Banks, helped implement regional sales processes, deployed technological platforms and the associated change management, and oversaw a multi-year centralization of key support functions. Earlier in her career, Connie also led top performing sales teams and fully integrated contact centers.
Connie has always been involved in her community, serving on not-for-profit boards and as an active member of several business associations. She gives back by mentoring MBA students, young leaders from across North America, and Entrepreneurs with YES while volunteering with JA Quebec in support of youth financial literacy.
Connie holds an MBA from John Molson School of Business (Concordia University), a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments, Core Strengths Assessments (SDI), for Coaching Ourselves, a Henry Mintzberg Program, TED* The Empowerment Dynamic and ISI influence style indicator an MHS tool .
