Throughout his successful 30-year career journey in multiple corporate, non-profit and small business environments, David Nye has had a proven history of creating and implementing cutting-edge Business Advisory, Leadership, and Change Management solutions. He is a results-oriented leader experienced in developing and aligning business strategies across multiple layers, boundaries, and borders.

David is a certified professional coach working with extraordinary people who are executive leaders, management teams, individual contributors, and small business owners. The challenges his clientele are frequently confronted with include; executive leadership development, conflict management, organizational change, and career transition. His clients represent multiple industries across many functional areas including finance, operations, engineering, e-commerce, non-profit, and program management.

David has a passion for partnering and supporting those who have an inner drive and desire to be the best at what they do. His coaching philosophy is very simple; Give people the tools, framework, space, and support for them to uncover their hidden talents and gifts to utilize toward their growth, failures, and successes. David partners with clients to listen, discover, create and execute measurable goals, while paying attention to the noise and daily distractions that may prevent them from fully understanding and achieving sustainable change.

He is recognized by his peers, and clientele for his ability to bring cross-functional teams together to work in a collaborative and resilient environment. Frequently, this involves identifying and removing silos that prevent a solid working foundation. Having worked inside numerous professional cultures, David can quickly assess the situation and engage with the client in a structured or entrepreneurial environment, across multiple functions and management levels.

David is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) receiving his certification from the International Coach Federation. He earned his BA degree from Utah State University, where he studied Liberal Arts & Science and Business Administration, with additional certificates from The Center for Creative Leadership, Kellogg School of Management, and Center for Executive Coaching. He is also an active member of the local business community and volunteers for several non-profit and service organizations.
