Deborah Hope is a former Wall Street executive who left a thriving finance career and emerged as a compassionate career and executive coach now changing the lives of professionals throughout the U.S. In her private practice, she advises executives and management – from diverse industries and major corporations (Merck, Amazon, Korn Ferry, PwC to name a few) – on role transitions, workplace dynamics, leadership agility, and emotional intelligence topics. A founding leader of Integral Coaches East, she is also a member of the Institute of Coaching, the International Coach Federation, and the New Ventures West coaching community, where she coaches job seekers at all levels to successfully navigate job searches, plans, and tools. Based on her expertise with senior professionals, Deborah was retained by the government of Massachusetts to jointly lead a statewide initiative to enable 50-plus job seekers to re-enter the job market and led 9-month workshops statewide for seven years. More recently, for the past 4 years, she built a collaboration with the State of Massachusetts Library system to build and lead a similar high-impact 6-month series throughout Mass. and NH. Deborah previously coached at Harvard Business School (HBS). She has been a keynote coach or speaker at the International Coach Federation’s Conference for Women, Greater Boston BGS Honor Society’s Annual Scholarship Conference, and countless corporate, nonprofit, and college events. She currently serves on the Board of Overseers at Brigham and Women’s Medical Center and chaired the Boston College MBA Alumni Association, the Barry Cancer Foundation, and the Corporate Board of Directors of the Merrimack Valley Association of YMCAs (founded in 1880). Deborah holds the prestigious Master Coach and ICF-approved Professional Integral Coach along with many other related certifications, an MBA from Boston Collge, and attended the Women’s Director Development Executive Education at Kellogg. She holds a BA in Sociology from Stonehill College. Deborah lives with her husband and two children outside Boston, where in the not-too-distant past she won her age group in the Brickman Triathlon.
