Emilia began her career in sales as Territory Manager at Lexis-Nexis, steadily earning the skills required for the challenging business world. She became the recipient of numerous awards in the industry. Her vast experience in senior management positions helped her rise the corporate ladder into various organizations such as Microsoft culminating as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ERC Solutions, Inc. Thereafter, several years of managing, recruiting, training and directing sales team, Emilia decided to pursue her true passion: psychology and executive coaching as the science of understanding human emotional connections and how they impact working environments.
