With over 15 years of executive experience, Elena works with global leaders and their teams to boost organizational performance by enabling productive conversations that build leadership capabilities and facilitate performance. In her individual leadership coaching practice Elena leverages her leadership research, her business acumen and cross-cultural leadership experience. Her research interests include learning from failure, team dynamics, and the human side of business transformation. She lives with her husband and daughter in Toronto, Ontario and spends her time between Canada and Eastern Europe.
