Gauri Deshpande, ICF-MCC, ICF Global Committee for Diversity,Inclusion & Cultural Holiday (2022-24)

Gauri Deshpande, ICF-MCC is the Founder & Director of Global Coaches Collective (HQ -Singapore, Est. 2017). The firm specialises in Executive Coaching and primarily works with leaders from the Board, C-Suite and Expat segment. The team consists of 54 Coaching Associates worldwide and has delivered coaching engagements in 9 countries till date. Gauri has coached clients of 11 nationalities and holds the distinction of being the 23rd person in Singapore to achieve the coveted Mastery Level credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Gauri currently serves as appointed Committee Member on the ICF Global Committee for Diversity, Inclusion and Cultural Holiday (2022-24). As an active member at her local chapter ICF-Singapore, Gauri has contributed as Committee Member of the Team Coaching Practice. She is a champion for social impact through coaching and works towards building equity, inclusion and representation through her pro-bono work in Singapore, India, Nigeria and Kenya. She has been a volunteer for ICF Ignite and ICF Singapore-Nanyang Technological University ‘Coaching for Community’.

She is an alumna of Symbiosis International University (SIU), one of the top universities in Asia and holds a Masters Degree in Business from one of India’s premier Bschools -Symbiosis Center for Management & Human Resources Development (SCMHRD). In June 2022 she was recognized by her alma mater as the institution’s Star Alumna.

Gauri is trained in 5 languages including German, French and her mother tongue Marathi. Her trailblazing, international career of 18 years spans Germany, US, Singapore and her home country India.

She began her career with the French multinational Capgemini Consulting in their Leadership Program in India in 2007. In 2011 she joined the Global Leadership Program at the insurance major Allianz SE at their H,Q in Munich,Germany. As Chief of Staff to an Allianz Board Member, she led the Talent & Diversity portfolio of the Board Office, spanning 11 countries of Western Europe & South America. In her full time roles based out of India and Germany, Gauri has spearheaded Leadership Development and Talent Management programs across leadership levels. She was a part of the team in Allianz that established Succession Planning as a business imperative. In 2015, she joined Deloitte Consulting US-India as a Management Consultant and delivered HR Transformation projects with the New York and San Francisco offices.

Gauri’s purpose in life is to apply her knowledge, experience and cultural understanding towards the greater good of the community and make an impact through coaching and research.
