Janet Lim is the founder of IOResources, a boutique management consulting firm from Singapore. She is an entrepreneur, executive coach and leadership consultant.

Prior to starting IOResources she was the Associate Director for Customized Programmes with INSEAD Executive Education, leading China business development efforts and supporting the markets in Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan.

Coming from the industry, she offers a wealth of experience from her earlier corporate roles in procurement and regional business development, across Singapore, ASEAN and China. Having worked in government, multinational and family enterprises; and served a myriad of clients from different industries, Janet has developed knack of connecting the dots and developing interdisciplinary solutions by drawing from experts across different disciplines and sectors.

Today, she takes her knowledge and skills to the next level by helping business owners and executives succeed through organisational learning and development. Specifically, she helps them develop insights, establish alignment and craft ecosystem-centric strategies to powerfully advance their personal and organisational performance in a targeted and sustainable manner. 

Janet’s coaching clients are typically startup founders and business owners from for-profit, non-profit and social enterprises, helping them clarify and re-establish directions both in life and in business, so that they can stay focused and advance faster towards their desired success.
