Over the past 25 years Janice has held management roles at several industry-disrupting companies (Ticketmaster, Expedia, Allrecipes, T-Mobile) leading teams and inspiring collaborative work environments prior to transitioning to Leadership Coaching. Each role required relationship building, business or product development, integrated communication, and creative problem solving across internal and external organizations. Janice has experience coaching executive leaders across small, medium and large-scale enterprises in technology, social media, and entertainment. She is passionate about helping leaders discover and navigate their leadership styles with the ultimate goal of inspiring their employees and teams to thrive. When she isn’t coaching Janice spends time writing thriller novels, working in her jewelry studio, and taking any art class she can get her hands on.
