I'm a developmental psychologist, podcaster, and narrative coach who specializes in guiding high-achieving clients through transformational moments in their life and career. My approach combines both my PhD in Human Development and Family Science (with an emphasis on narrative psychology) and Master's Degree in Literature and Creative Writing for a uniquely effective blend of art and science that helps people tune into their thoughts and emotions, reconnect with their inner voice, manage fear, and embark on a healthy, balanced path to success. Prior to starting my own coaching business, I was a tenure track psychology professor and public media professional. I am also a Certified End of Life Doula, Certified Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor, and Certified Family Life Educator.
