Kristine Kern, co-founder of Realize, coaches leaders and teams. She loves fast-moving entrepreneurial businesses and the leaders who run them. She created a career for herself that plays to her strengths – quick-witted, smart, ability to speak honestly with kindness, action-oriented, knack for unpacking subtleties in behavior – and she gets jazzed helping leaders get better at leading. She has MBAs from Columbia University and the Haas School at UC Berkeley.

She works out of offices in New York City and Oakland.
