With a deep understanding of MBA career pathing, Kristy brings 25 years of experience coaching rising and experienced leaders from elite institutions to crystalize and achieve career vision. She holds the Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Passionate about coach development, she has served as an instructor for The Academies’ Certified MBA Career Coach course, training coaches at U.S. and Canadian MBA programs. Recognized for groundbreaking and dynamic instructional design, Kristy is a recipient of the Yale SOM Staff Excellence Award for Innovation.

Most recently, Kristy was the Director of Education and Career Advancement for the Toigo Foundation, where she coached Fellows focused on finance across top MBA programs, including Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, and Wharton. She continues to work with first year MBA Toigo Fellows as a Career Coach. Prior to Toigo, she spent over eight years in the Career Development Office at Yale SOM, coaching students across industry focus. Kristy currently partners with Yale SOM to provide coaching to alumni populations across graduate business degree programs and present Executive MBA cohorts. Over the course of her career, she has also served on career development teams at Yale College, Mount Holyoke College, and Harvard Business School,

A native of western Massachusetts, Kristy lives in central Connecticut with her partner, Jared, and tweenaged son, Lachlan. Together they enjoy cooking, hiking, history museums, and as much time as possible on the Maine coast.
