As an accomplished executive coach, and adjunct professor of strategic management, with 15+ years of professional experience, I leverage my diverse background as a technical project manager, consultant, and educator, to empower leaders in various types of organizations.

I am a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and a Certified Product Owner (CSPO), and I am currently working towards my ICF approved Professional Coaching Certification with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and my Certified Positive Intelligence Coach Certification with Positive Intelligence.

As a coach, I'm passionate about helping executive leaders unlock their full potential and achieve transformative results. I believe that effective coaching requires a partnership between coach and client, grounded in trust, empathy, and clear communication. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and strengths, and is rooted in the latest research on leadership, psychology, and organizational behavior. Through a combination of powerful questions, active listening, and constructive feedback, I help clients build self-awareness, develop new skills and mindsets, and take bold action to achieve their most important objectives.

I graduated  from New York University Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, with an MPA. I also hold Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Economics & Management from the Colin Powell School of Civic & Global Leadership at the City College of New York.
