I bring 30+ years of middle to top management business experience with me to our sessions. My experience spans various departments as creative lead, brand director, sales manager as well as managing director and board member. I’ve also been self-employed as a brand and product development consultant. Many of my positions have been in creative companies in the Danish fashion and home interiors industries. I’ve travelled more days than I can count.

I’m Canadian and live in Copenhagen. My name is spelt Lesia but pronounced Lasha. My clients call me Lash. I'm educated as a fashion designer and have taken several management courses throughout my professional career. I have worked my way up through hard work and with a hands-on approach. Lots of trial and error. Mostly good trial, though.

Colleagues came to me for guidance, and that’s what brought me to coaching. I wanted to own the right tools and coaching techniques. After my own challenges with stress, I learned how important it is to know yourself and be yourself.

With a practical and diverse coaching tool box, I can now apply the experience I have in different management situations. Helping my clients gain insights and perspectives that help them grow is the most rewarding work I’ve ever done. And what I’m most proud of.

I believe there is so much potential in all of us. I see the potential in all my clients, in their talents and strengths. Some times we not only need to know them, we need to own them. And that's what I hope I can make my clients aware of.
