Leslie is an executive coach at EY specializing in leadership transitions.  Her typical client is an executive with a track record of success who wants to “up their game” as a result of a change in role, organization or business strategy, or the wish to find new sources of meaning in work and life.    Her purpose as a coach is to provide a developmental relationship that generates clear benefits for leaders and the systems they belong to.

Leslie’s style blends a backbone of business acumen honed in her years as a strategy consultant, together with empathy and intuition developed over 20 years of coaching practice.  She joins with her clients to think through their responses to the permanent state of change in today's organizations.  She strives to help leaders name what is sensed, search for the meaning in patterns, and move from intention to action.  Leslie invites exploration of the often unspoken questions about life and leadership. She believes that for both coaches and leaders, courageous self-examination and a quest for self-knowledge are necessary for success.  A customized 360 stakeholder feedback process tailored to the client’s learning agenda is often a key feature of her coaching engagements.

Leslie’s fascination with the challenges facing leaders in complex enterprises began with her own experiences.  She was a partner in a boutique consultancy, a senior manager in a Big Four firm, and a global leader in the executive development function at IBM.  She earned her M.A. from UCLA and B.A. from UC Berkeley.  She holds coaching certifications from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Hudson Institute of Coaching.  She is also an award-winning ceramic artist.  Leslie lives in Los Angeles with her husband of 30 years and three teenagers.
