Lisa da Rocha co-founded a company in her twenties and grew it to a multi-million dollar enterprise. In addition to being an entrepreneur, she also had a successful corporate career with a large global company where she was the youngest Vice President in the organization and was appointed to the top 1% of executives worldwide by the CEO. 

As a corporate Executive, her experience includes leading Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Business Development and General Manager with full P&L responsibility in a variety of industries including, technology, franchising, real estate, human resource outsourcing and government services. 

In 2016, she left a successful corporate career to pursue her passion for Coaching High Performing Leaders. She  now coaches some of the bright and most accomplished executives and entrepreneurs in the country.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a MBA from the Schulich School of Business.  In her personal life, she is most proud of her three children and her marriage to her high school sweetheart.
