With over 27 years of international experience Marie inspires human potential and awareness development. She partners with leaders supporting them understand and break through their limiting patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours and move towards creating new powerful ways being and doing which impacts their leadership style and the teams and organizations they lead.

Through her direct communication and ability to deliver effective feedback she supports leaders to uncover blind spots and stretch out of the comfort zone in all areas of professional and personal development. She provides not only structure and support but also the skills and tools to enable leaders to tap into their resourcefulness to create and take action towards their vision of success. She is focused on empowering managers, leaders, teams and organizations to create positive long-term change through both executive coaching and facilitating leadership workshops and training.

Born in the UK, Marie has worked overseas since 1993, in the former East Germany, Singapore, Ireland and Dubai and Qatar.

In 2014 Marie became the first Certified Daring Way™ and Certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator in the Middle East region training individuals and teams on the research-based leadership work of Dr. Brené Brown. She is also proud to represent the Doha coaching community as a member of the board of the ICF Doha Chapter as Director of Ethics.
