Maura Sweeney is a mission-driven career and executive coach focused on helping professionals pursue lives of meaning, purpose, and joy. She is committed to helping her clients understand what matters most, discover their authentic voices, and confidently overcome obstacles.

Maura Sweeney brings over 10 years of experience coaching individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels. She employs adaptability, focused listening skills, and a depth of knowledge having coached thousands of professionals through career transitions and advancement.

Maura has held progressive leadership roles in higher education and non-profits, spanning alumni engagement, employer engagement, award program management, and recruiting. 

She earned her B.A. in French from the College of the Holy Cross, her M.Ed. in Adult and Organizational Learning from Northeastern University, and she is currently pursuing her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved training program. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and has a Strong Interest Inventory Certification. She serves on the board of the Alumni Career Services Network and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Career Counselors Consortium NE, and the Institute of Coaching.

Maura lives in the Boston Metro West area with her spouse, two children, two dogs, and cat.
